Get Fit Like Madonna!

madonnaMadonna’s trainer, Craig Smith, gave away some of Madonna’s workout techniques in an interview on [GMA]. In the interview it was said that Madonna works out 6 days a week from 30-90 minutes using yoga, the barre method, pilates and body weight training where Madonna only uses light weights of 3-5 lbs. Other tips were given away during the interview including workout food.
